"Decent Value Overall"
Pretty decent value for the price. I do wish the portions were a little bigger, but it wasn’t a bad deal overall and I’d probably still come back.

"Easy and Useful App"
I used the Jack’s app on my phone to order dinner, and it was easy. The menu came up fast, adding items was simple, and checkout worked without any issues. My order was correct when I picked it up too. It’s nothing fancy, but it does exactly what you need it to do. I’ll definitely use it again.

"Solid Spot, Passed the Fries Test"
Food was tasty and showed up hot, which is usually my quick sign that a place has it together. The burger had good flavor, and the fries were fresh and crisp instead of that sad soggy kind you get at some places. The only miss was one time the chicken came out a little dry, but i’d still call it a solid choice. I’d eat here again.

"Chicken Wasn’t Really for Me"
I’m not trying to be overly picky or anything, but the chicken tasted kind of dry and didn’t seem super fresh. The fries were fine, nothing bad about those, but based on the chicken, I probably wouldn’t order it from here again

I ordered from Jack’s and left disappointed. The fries tasted old, and the burger bun was dry like it had been sitting around for a while. It didn’t feel like much care went into my order, almost like I was just ignored and handed whatever was left. Not the worst meal I’ve had, but it definitely wasn’t fresh

"Convenient spot, but not enough to keep me coming back"
The location is really handy, which is the main reason I stopped in. The food was okay for me, nothing terrible but nothing that made me excited to return either. If things don’t improve a bit, I’ll probably just start going somewhere else nearby.

"Simple, fresh, and honestly satisfying"
I grabbed a burger and fries, it hit the spot. Everything tasted fresh, came out hot, and the seasoning was actually on point, not just thrown on like an afterthought. It kind of felt like they keep things simple on purpose because they know the basics are solid. Nothing fancy, just good food done right.

"I usually really like stopping by Jack’s…"
I usually really like stopping by Jack’s, but this visit was kind of a letdown. I had to wait in line longer than expected, which already put me in a bad mood, and then the biscuit I got wasn’t even worth the wait. It was dry and crumbly, like it had been sitting out for a while. The flavor was okay, I guess, but it definitely needed more butter or something to make it better. For a place that’s known for breakfast, I expected a lot more. Not the worst thing ever, but I probably won’t order the biscuit again.

Yeah, it could’ve been a bit cleaner, I’m not going to pretend it was spotless. But it wasn’t terrible either, and I don’t think it deserves to be made into a huge deal. Overall, it was okay

"The food was fine, but the staff..."
The food was fine, but the staff didn’t come across very welcoming. I asked a simple question and felt like I was annoying them. Nobody was outright rude, just kind of cold and in a hurry. It might’ve just been a busy day, but it definitely made the visit less enjoyable. I’d probably think twice before going back

"Good food, but I felt a little misled"
I’ve ordered from Jack's Restaurant a few times now, and the food is good and the portions are solid. The prices seem fair compared to other places near me, and I do like that the total usually doesn’t jump up like crazy at checkout. That said, I did feel a little misled at first because I expected it to be a bit cheaper based on how it was presented. Still, for a normal meal at a normal price, it’s been worth it overall and I’ll probably keep using it.

The food is actually fine, but my first impression wasn’t great because the hours seem hard to count on. I’ve checked a few times and they weren’t available when I expected them to be, which is frustrating. I’d probably come back for the food, but I wish the schedule was more reliable

I ordered online it turned into a headache. The order showed up late, and when it finally got here, it wasn’t even right. Trying to get it sorted out made me feel like I was just a ticket number instead of an actual customer.

I ordered from Jack’s and the food itself was fine, pretty much what I expected. The service was a little hit or miss though. I don’t expect everything to be super fast all the time, but if there’s a delay, I’d at least expect someone to explain what’s going on. The person at the counter seemed busy and didn’t really say much until I asked again. They did help me in the end, so it wasn’t a bad experience, just felt like they could be a bit more friendly and upfront when things are running late.

"A little frustrating, but they fixed it"
I had an issue with my order, which was annoying at first, especially because I was already having one of those busy weeks where everything seemed to take longer than it should. I emailed them about it and the reply took a bit longer than I was hoping, so I was starting to get a little impatient. But they did eventually get back to me and sorted it out in the end. It definitely wasn’t the smoothest experience, but I’ll give them credit for handling the complaint and fixing the problem...

"Decent Food, Slow Drive-Thru"
The food was fine, but the drive-thru was really slow. There were only a few cars ahead of me and I still ended up waiting, actually, it was probably close to 20 minutes. Not ideal when you're just trying to grab a quick lunch and get going
